It's time...

to start blogging again! This is my life in bullet points:

• I am up to date with Grey's Anatomy. Please do not judge me. This show is like crack. I know it's bad for me, but I can't help it. I like Sandra Oh.
• My friend and neighbor Ruth is in the hospital fighting cancer. She has had a rough go of it. I have been thinking A LOT about her.
• I have been working a lot... a lot of long days. It's OK. I kinda just coast through it.
• I have been running Washington Park a lot. This makes me think of Brian.
• I miss the professional kitchen.
• I have been baking:
• Peach Cobbler Scones - C-
• Lemon Current Scones - A+
• Dark Chocolate, Pistachio & Smoked Sea Salt Cookies - B
• Brown Sugar Sour Cream Blueberry Coffee Cake - A
• Salty Sesame and Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies - B+
• Coconut Walnut Chocolate Blondie's - A+ (I omitted the ginger and added the coconut) - These little bitches are like crack! Next time I am going to omit the coconut from the batter, make a caramel sauce to spread over the bars and sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
